Mark Sheehan's Reading List

Reading—or being read to—has been important to me as long as I can remember. Below is a list of my recent recreational reading.
And here is a link to my reading since August 1999, when I began keeping track.

I offer a rating from 0 to 5 for each of the items in the following list. The scale I use is:

5-Outstanding; a life-changing book
4-One or more outstanding qualities
3-Generally worthwhile but not outstanding
2-Unremarkable or mildly disappointing
1-Of personal nostalgic or sentimental value
  (otherwise not recommended)
0-A disaster—I didn't finish it
